A US fast food chain plans to expand its restaurant offering in the UK and Ireland, following a surge in revenues last year.
Wingstop UK, operated by Lemon Pepper Holdings, reported a 73% rise in revenue to £216.4 million in 2025.
The group, backed by private equity firm Sixth Street, plans to open up to 30 new restaurants this year across England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland.
Wingstop first came to the UK in 2018 and will open its 100th UK restaurant in Inverness later this month.

Today (August 3), the company, which employs around 3,000 people, also revealed that it has signed an agreement to expand into Poland as part of its international growth plans.

Wingstop UK restaurants are known for their chicken wings, but that's not everything you can expect on the menu.
Other items include boneless chicken, loaded fries, burgers, milkshakes and churros.
