Members of Whitehaven Amateurs have spent a weekend at the home of English football, St George's Park.
They took part in workshops, training sessions with Les Howie, director of FA grassroots coaching, and an evening with Gareth Southgate.
England Women's senior players Carly Telford and Jill Scott also signed an England shirt for the Whitehaven Amateurs Lionesses. The evening was hosted by BBC's sport anchor Dan Walker.
U18s coach, Tony Bedford, said: 'We would like to thank WF Senate for their continued support of our club.
"Being a Nike Partner Club, we are delighted to be able to give something back to our sponsors to show our gratitude. Without sponsorship grassroots football wouldn't survive."
Whitehaven Amateurs also presented one of their club partners WF Senate with a framed team shirt signed by Southgate.
