WHITEHAVEN RL is hosting a women's training session day.
This will take place on April 17 will be hosting the session for International Women's Day.
A spokesperson said: "On International Women's Day Whitehaven Rugby League has decided to show the men how it's done.
"Commencing on Wednesday, April 17 at 6pm we are inviting ladies down to the Ortus Rec to be trained by our highly experienced community team.
"This is a fantastic way to get fit and have fun. Who knows where this will lead?
