The Smiths will be back in Cumbria as a tribute show celebrates a special anniversary.
On October 13, 1986, the Manchester band played their final Cumbrian gig at Carlisle's Sands Centre.
Thirty years on, Barrow tribute band Girlfriend and A Korma will play at Florence Arts Centre to mark the occasion.
The band are promising a full run through of The Queen Is Dead plus a special set of classics and curiosities.
In October 1986, The Smiths returned from their North American tour and began the second leg of their UK dates in Carlisle - it was to be their last tour.
The show takes place on Thursday, October 13 at 7.30pm. Tickets are on sale now for £12.50.
