We've had a look around and think that the following five places to park are the most convenient and cost-effective for shoppers.
Senhouse Street - Whitehaven
Costing £1.95 for two hours this car park comes with fifteen spaces and is close to amenities like Tesco and Whitehaven's main nightlife area.
Catherine Street - Whitehaven
This car park costs just £1.80 for two hours and provides 48 spaces for parking.
Mary Street - Carlisle
This city centre car park is just a short walk from Travelodge Carlisle Central and costs £1.50 for two hours.
English Gate Plaza - Carlisle
This central city car park offers 64 spaces and costs just £1.50 for two hours.
Peter Street - Workington
This parking space is free for two hours and is provided by Cumberland Council. It offers space for 28 cars.
