THE Rum Story Café is awaiting a new operator, with proposals invited until 1pm on April 23.
The Rum Story's café and courtyard has already attracted interest and the Rum Story have already been contacted by several people interested in taking it over, and have released a 'polite nudge' to other potential operators.
Applicants are encouraged to contact the café for a pre-submission viewing.
Any temporary café closure won't impact The Rum Story's visitor attraction and shop, which remain open daily offering drinks and cakes in the courtyard.
