CUMBERLAND Council is offering people in Egremont a way to get rid of old electrical.
Electrical waste can be detrimental to the environment, so the council is offering residents in West Cumbria a better option for getting rid of their goods.
A spokesperson said: "Help us reduce electrical waste and its impact on our environment.
"Do you live in or around Egremont?
"Every Wednesday you can bag up your old electricals and bring them down to our new mobile Recycling Rambler service.
"The van will park up at named points at specific times, to allow you to bring along your small electricals to have them safely reused or recycled.
"If we don't come to your area during this pilot scheme, you can drop items off in our libraries and sports centres too."
