PLANS have been submitted to demolish an existing single storey garage and hall in Millom and replace it with a two-storey side extension.
The planning application has been submitted to Cumberland Council by David Thompson for an address in Peter's Drive in the town.
As well as the extension it includes internal and external alterations to the existing house.
It is proposed the walls have a dashed finish, to match the existing exterior, plain concrete tiles for the roof, white uPVC windows, and a modern composite White UPVC with vision panel glazed door.
The application is currently being considered by planning officers at the council.
