There was a full house last Thursday for the first week of the MarrasAndArras ORTUS Energy Summer series in Whitehaven.
The top two from each group made it through to the quarter finals stage. The quater finals results were as follows: Nick Twinn 3-0 Martin Rush, Jimmy Clucas 3-0 Aeron Grears, Ian Opray 3-2 Owen Adair, Ray Dockeray 3-2 Darren Parr.
The semi finals saw Jimmy beat Nick 3-1 & Ray beat Ian 3-1.
Jimmy then beat Ray 3-0 to win the nights cash prize and claim the maximum weekly points.
There were 14 x 180s on the night: Jimmy Clucas 6, Ray Dockeray 2, Paul Braithwaite, Will Rowley, Owen Adair, Nick Twinn
Organisers thanked week one sponsor, The Sunny Hill pub in Whitehaven.
