A MOTORIST has been arrested for drink-driving after emergency services were called to a crash with a car on its roof.
Cumbria Police were called at 9.40am to a report of a vehicle on its roof and blocking the road on Gosforth Road in Seascale.
The driver was reported to be out of the VW Polo. He was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving at 10.40am.
He is understood to have a hand injury only but will go to hospital to be checked over first and then to custody.
The North West Ambulance Service was also in attendance.
