Artwork displaying Cumbrian scenery will adorn the walls at an Egremont gallery throughout October.
Eleanor Perrott, from Egremont, has been named as Lowes Court Gallery's featured artist of the month.
Gareth Harrison, from the gallery, said: "From an early age Eleanor has been interested in art. As a child she did many pencil drawings of flowers and scenes from postcards during a very long spell in hospital.
"When a friend later suggested that she join an evening class in watercolours some years ago, Eleanor became engrossed in the subject, the challenge of which she still enjoys.
"Eleanor lives in Egremont and has been an exhibiting member at Lowes Court for many years. The gallery is delighted to be showing a bigger selection of her work for the whole of October."
The gallery, which is situated on Main Street, is open from 10am to 2pm from Tuesday to Saturday. It also stocks a wide range of handmade works by other local artists and craft workers.
