ROSEHILL Theatre regular Anna Tilbrook will be back at the Whitehaven venue next month for another live appearance.

Following well-received performances there last autumn, the well-known pianist will be joined by four other highly-regarded classical musicians for her concert on Sunday July 8.

Internationally-renowned Fenella Humphreys (Violin), Philip Dukes (Viola), Benjamin Hughes (Cello) and Peter Buckoke (Double Bass) will join Anna for a concert of Viennese chamber music, where their programme will include Mozart’s Piano Quartet in E flat major and Schubert’s Piano Quintet in A major (Trout Quintet).

Anna has curated and performed in some great concerts for Rosehill Theatre and through Rosehill on the Road and this is bound to be no exception.

She has collaborated with many leading singers and instrumentalists, including James Gilchrist, Ian Bostridge, Lucy Crowe, Sarah Tynan, Barbara Hannigan, Emma Bell, Nick Daniel, Natalie Clein, Philip Dukes and Guy Johnston, as well as the Fitzwilliam, Carducci, Sacconi, Elias, Navarra and Barbirolli String Quartets.

Since her debut at the Wigmore Hall in 1999 she has become a regular artist at all the leading concert halls and festivals. She has also accompanied Jose Carreras, Angela Georghiu and Bryn Terfel in televised concerts. Anna regularly coaches the Jette Parker Young Artists at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, and for the past ten years has been coach and accompanist for Les Azuriales Opera Festival in Nice.

Anna Tilbrook and Friends starts at 3pm on Sunday July 8, and a pre-performance lunch and food in the foyers is also available. Tickets can be booked at the Rosehill Theatre box office.
