WHITEHAVEN Rugby League Club has announced the re-signing of their vice-captain, Connor Holliday.
The re-signing will see Holliday, the club's longest-serving player, granted a testimonial for the 2026 season.
Holliday led from the front in 2025, serving as captain in Jordan Burns' absence.
He made 21 appearances, scored four tries, and kicked a goal.
The campaign ended with him starting for Cumbria in the representative fixture against Nigeria, where he crossed for a second-half try.
Holliday is set to surpass 200 appearances in the upcoming season, having played 197 matches for Whitehaven.
Head coach Anthony Murray said: "Connor is everything you could want in a player and a person.
"He’s professional in his approach, sets the standard every day, and is the kind of teammate who lifts those around him.
"His leadership, honesty, and commitment to the club are second to none.
"And this testimonial is truly deserved for everything he’s given to Whitehaven over the years."
The club will provide more information regarding events throughout the year in the coming weeks and months.
Holliday, who serves as the club's vice-captain, will remain at The Ortus Rec until the end of 2027.
