Alfie missing out on the gold to take home the silver medal.

Jim Connors boxed Dylan Campbell from Wildcard ABC in the under 44kg final.

With another impressive performance, Jim fought his heart out, boxing to instructions, and stopped his opponent in the second round.

Harvey showed great heart and determination, but came up short against Patrick Horvath from Untouchable ABC in the under 42kg final.

Club coaches Arron Adair and Des Mattinson said they were really proud of how all 4 boxers fought this weekend.

Picking up two golds and two silver medals in one of the country’s biggest boxing tournaments just shows the hard work and determination that these kids show day in and day out.

Cleator Moor ABC will be hosting an annual presentation night in August to award their boxers for the successful year of boxing they have had.

The date of the presentation night will be announced on social media in the coming days.
