Workington Town have been handed a major boost in their recruitment for next season as strong-running centre Perry Singleton has returned to the club.
Singleton has signed on the dotted line on a two-year deal with Town as they look to build a competitive squad for the 2021 League One season.
The fans’ favourite left Derwent Park at the end of 2019 to head back to his hometown club Barrow Raiders but is now back at Town and raring to go.
And in a double boost, Marcus O’Brien has also pledged the next two years of his career to Workington.
O’Brien said: “I’m delighted to be staying at Town for the next two years. I’ve really enjoyed my short time at the club and playing under Chris.”
