Whitehaven AFC’s under-11s have been handed a boost by PacTec EPS.
The Moor Row-based company has given the junior side its backing and its logo will be displayed on the players’ shirts over the season.
Managing director Mike Nichols, who is from Whitehaven, said: “We are proud to be a new sponsor of Whitehaven AFC under-11s and wish the team continued success for this season and in the future.”
Coaches Rikki Dillon and Craig Kitchen added: “The coaches and players would like to thank PacTec EPS for their support with the kit sponsorship.
“Their generosity is really appreciated and will keep the squad looking smart.
“From an initial squad of 10 players, we currently have 25 players in two teams playing in the West Cumbria Youth League and have played tournaments in Cumbria, Manchester, the North East and Yorkshire.”
The club has sides across senior and youth football in West Cumbria.
