Whitehaven have revealed their new away shirt for the club’s return to the Championship next season.

The shirt, which is primarily light grey with green trim and features patterns in a darker shade of grey on the sleeves and torso, has again been produced by global sportswear brand BLK, which agreed a two-year apparel partnership deal with the club last year.

Jink Tattoo, the Whitehaven-based tattoo shop, will again be the main sponsorship logo on the front of the shirt.

Haven fans could get their first look at the new shirt in action when they start their run of three pre-season friendlies on Saturday, January 11 at Newcastle Thunder, with the traditional Ike Southward Memorial at the Recreation Ground on Sunday, January 19.

The build-up is completed the following Sunday (January 26) when Whitehaven will host North Wales Crusaders.

Whitehaven chairman Todd added: “We start the Championship season the following week at home to Swinton so we have three home games in succession, which is good.”

The shirt should be able to buy from the Recreation Ground or the club’s market stall from December 16.
