Carlisle United today make their second trip to Morecambe in successive weeks – this time for a reserve game.

The Blues are back in action at the Globe Arena in their first fixture in the Central League Cup.

Kick-off in Lancashire is 1pm with the Cumbrians expected to field a mixture of senior fringe players and youth team players.

Those trying to push their way into the first XI, such as Elias Sorensen and Aaron Hayden, are likely to figure against Stewart Drummond’s Shrimps second string.

Admission at the Globe Arena – where United played last Tuesday in the Leasing.com Trophy – is free.

United will also face Wigan, Blackpool and Fleetwood in the Central League Cup over the next two months.

The Cumbrians, meanwhile, will make a further trip to Morecambe in League Two on Saturday, December 7 and the game has been made all-ticket.

United have been given an allocation of 1,743 tickets – 1,182 terracing places and 561 seats.

Tickets must be bought before match day and are on sale now. Adult prices are £21 (seat) and £17 (terracing).

Tickets are also on sale for the FA Cup second round trip to Forest Green on Saturday, November 30, with terracing and seating prices the same: £14 (adult), £9 (65+, under 21). Prices increase by £1 on the day.
