Fun was the priority in the latest two-day Rugby AM camp at Wath Brow.
More than 90 boys and girls took part in the rugby league sessions, with players aged four to 11 from Allerdale and Copeland enjoying the experience.
The camp is run by TV show Rugby AM and Elite Kids Coaching, with professional coaches visiting amateur clubs to provide skills sessions and games.
The main focus of the camp is on fun and enjoyment whilst playing rugby league, but the sessions also looked at improving and helping the young players’ skill levels.
The drills increased the players’ abilities while they enjoyed themselves with the help of coach Wayne Godwin, a former player who leads the sessions.
Coaches also visited Maryport over the two days.
Another camp will be held in West Cumbria next year.
