Two of Just Grind's boxers are looking for success in Lockerbie on July 20.

The blockbuster event titled Bragging Rights and emanating from Lockerbie Ice Rink features five title bouts.

Young star Shane Roe of Workington is confirmed to fight on the undercard. Roe is at 3-0 under the Just Grind banner and tutelage of Dave Straughton.

In the co-main event of the evening, Whitehaven's Jonathan McGuirk makes his Just Grind debut when he faces Cammy Black for the super-middleweight title.

Boxing coach of Just Grind MMA and Fitness, Dave Straughton said: "I'm looking forward to Jonathan's debut. It's been great having him in the training room with us."

The bout accompanies a welterweight title fight headliner between Michael Sandhu and Robbie Brack. Sandhu and Brack are former sparring partners. In what promises to be a scintillating bout, both fighters will look to capitalise on prior knowledge of their opponent.

Last time out, Roe stopped his opponent with a brutal bodyshot on the Informal card at the Jubilee Club in Newcastle, the show was promoted by bareknuckle world champion, Billy Hawthorn.

And in his second bout, he dominated Has Ali of Team Hollywood in Derby, the referee stopped the contest in the first round.

Roe has built a fan following for himself in West Cumbria and will look to continue the hype train on another huge card.

Straughton said: "I'm sure Shane will continue his good run of form, he is gathering some momentum at the moment.

"Hype is good but it's even better when you can back it up."

It will be the first time that Sher Boxing Promotions are contested. More details can be found on the "Bragging Rights! In Aid of Bowel Cancer UK" Facebook event.
