Whitehaven AFC Under-13 girls have just completed a successful West Cumbria Youth League futsal season.
The Responsive NDT sponsored Under-13 Girls played their final Under-14 futsal league games recently and, despite being bottom of the age range, both teams once again managed to defy the odds and enjoy success.
In the Under-14 WCYL Futsal Champions League the girls managed to win all their league games to be crowned champions.
Then in the Under-14 WCYL Futsal Europa League, a very tight competition saw the Whitehaven team finish as runners-up and only narrowly miss out on the title after a final league game decider.
