The White Horse Sea Angling Club's match last Sunday was held from Seascale slipway to Harrington pier up to high water in a fresh westerly wind.
The winner was A Hartley, with two cod, including the heaviest fish at 3lb 9oz, with the full catch coming in at 6lb 9oz.
Second was T Pullin with two cod for 6lb 6½oz, with J Murdock in third with one dogfish, one rockling and five dabs for 3lb 8½oz.
Then in fourth came P Gilmour with one whiting and five dabs for 1lb 12oz.
The next match is this coming Sunday from Seascale slipway to Harrington pier. Fishing times are 4pm to 8pm.
A one hour walk on time is in place and the weigh-in is at North Shore car park.
