Workington Town and Whitehaven are warming up for today's Ike Southward Memorial Trophy at Derwent Park.
The teams have been announced and it will be the first chance for fans to have a look at some of the new signings the clubs have made in the close season.
Danny Tickle will make his first appearance in front of the Derwent Park fans while some former Workington names will run out in Haven colours this afternoon including Sam Forrester, James Newton, Sam Dowsett and Ruairi McGoff.
Haven are the current holders of the trophy after victory this time last year and Town will be going all out to bring the cup back home this season.
Town: Fieldhouse, Mellor, Miller, Singleton, Walsh, Doran, Forber, Wilkes, Penkywicz, Scholey, Maudling, Barnes, Tickle. Subs: Dawson, Curwen, Olstrom, Litherland.
Haven: Forrester, Bulman, Holliday, Mossop, Burns, Aiye, Phillips, Shackley, Newton, While, D Thompson, Moore, Wilkinson. Subs: Dowsett, Coward, McGoff, Brown.
