Two late changes have been made to the line-up for tomorrow's Cumberland Open following the unfortunate withdrawals of former Workington Comet Josh Grajczonek and Redcar's new Aussie Jordan Stewart.
The problem with Jordan Stewart's clearance to ride was highlighted by Redcar on Wednesday while an apologetic Josh Grajczonek got in touch to say that he had been told that he must attend a pre-season practice in Poland for his Polish club Lodz.
The Comets management have moved quickly to bring in replacements and former Comet Claus Vissing, who is with Glasgow this season, will replace Josh Grajczonek while Edinburgh's new 21-year-old American Max Ruml will join the line-up to replace fellow UK newcomer Jordan Stewart to make his first ever appearance at Derwent Park.
The meeting gets under way at Derwent Park at 7pm tomorrow.
Season ticket holders from all clubs can gain entry for just £10, with £5 of that reduced entry fee going to the Speedway Riders’ Benevolent Fund.
