Wasdale Fell Race provided plenty of excitement on Saturday as 110 runners completed the 21-mile course.
Starting and finishing at Brackenclose, Wasdale, the annual race, organised by Cumberland Fell Runners, was another resounding success.
Keswick-based Dark Peak fell runner Rhys Findlay-Robinson was first to finish, in a time of three hours, 59 minutes and 55 seconds.
Jasmin Paris, of Carnethy HRC, was the first female, in 12th place overall, in 4:29:48.
