Workington Town boss Leon Pryce has warned his forwards that the battle against Keighley will be won in the pack tomorrow, ko 3pm.

The Cougars visit Derwent Park tomorrow desperate for League One points as they attempt a late surge for the play-off places.

And Pryce knows Town are going to be on top of their game to secure the points and their third place berth.

"Keighley are still pushing for a play-off place and they are coming here with everything to gain," he warned.

"We have got to be fully prepared for a very tough game.

"Their pack come down the middle very strongly, Darrell Griffin is a good player.

"And they have a strong kicking game as well from the tapes I have reviewed.

"They can also score points but their forward pack is very strong and, as in many games, this game will be won in the forward pack."

Pryce has named new recruit Tyllar Mellor, on loan from Huddersfield, in his squad for Sunday and is looking forward to seeing him in action.

And he has the added bonus of virtually a full-strength squad available, with the exception of Perry Singleton.

"I have a full squad to pick from which is great and everybody is really up for this game," added Pryce.

"This is a must win game for the team, the club and the town."

Pryce is also pleased that with the return of Sam Forrester, his pivots are settling into their roles.

Forrester missed several weeks through injury and others had to fill in the full-back role but, with his return, Pryce is gaining a much more settled side.

"What people have to know is that when you pick your six, seven, one and nine, you want to keep them all together," said Pryce.

"And with Sam missing for around six weeks we had to keep filling in, which was difficult but we did well to patch that gap up.

"But now having Sam back gives us a lot better options at full-back."
