Luke Greenbank will be gunning to make the European Championship 200m backstroke final tonight.
The Great Broughton swimmer finished third in his heat this morning in 1:59.21 to claim a place in the semi-final line-up, later this afternoon.
Greenbank qualified behind fellow Great Britain team member Brodie Williams in heat three.
The 20-year-old did make it to the 100m backstroke semi-finals over the weekend but missed out on a place in the final.
The Championships are being held across Berlin and Glasgow, with the swimming taking place in the Tollcross International Swimming Centre, in Glasgow.
