A parkrunner has celebrated completing an impressive 500 runs in the Lake District.
Fell Foot parkrun at Newby Bridge marked the milestone for Eileen Jones, a volunteer co-ordinator and key participant in the event.
She also reached 200 volunteering stints.
Andy Letheren, the run director, presented her with the traditional milestone tiara, worn by all Fell Footers on special occasions.

In 2014, Eileen was part of the core team that set up the parkrun on the shore of Windermere and is the first from that group to achieve half a century of runs.
The author of How parkrun changed our lives and p is for parkrun, Eileen has participated in more than 200 different parkrun events across the UK and Europe.
Recently, she has also written books about Loughrigg and Wordsworth’s home at Rydal Mount.
The bank holiday weekend saw a large turnout of both locals and visitors.
A total of 354 runners and walkers took part, with an additional 41 volunteers supporting the event.
The first finisher was Peter Stock with a time of 16 minutes and 43 seconds.
Helm Hill’s Hannah Russell was the first woman and third overall, finishing in 17 minutes and 59 seconds, setting a new personal best.
