Copeland Borough Council has lodged a series of new planning applications in the past week, ranging from tree works and property extensions to a housing scheme amendment and investigations at Whitehaven Harbour.

Here is a summary of the latest planning applications submitted to Copeland Borough Council:

North Wall, Whitehaven Harbour. Listed building consent is sought for temporary ground investigation works to the north wall of the harbour. Ref. No: 4/26/2253/0L1

Land between Griffin Close and Greenvale Court. Variation of condition 2 (plans) is proposed for a previous approval for erection of 17 two-bedroom dwellings and associated external works. Ref. No: 4/26/2254/0B1

20 Tennyson Drive, Egremont. A single-storey rear extension is planned to provide a wet room at the property. Ref. No: 4/26/2251/0F1

Fleatham Farm, High House Road, St Bees. Proposal for the removal of branches from two sycamore trees, which are protected under a Tree Preservation Order. Ref. No: 4/26/2252/TPO

16 Foxhouses Road, Whitehaven. An application has been submitted for the felling of an ash tree located within a conservation area. Ref. No: 4/26/2250/TPO
