The Met Office has forecast a dry and bright weekend for Whitehaven.
Saturday will see partly cloudy skies with sunny intervals throughout the day.
Temperatures will rise from around 14C in the morning to about 21C in the afternoon, remaining near 20C into the evening.
Sunday promises uninterrupted sunshine from morning to evening.
The day will start cooler, around 11C, but will climb to 19C to 20C in the afternoon.
The risk of rain remains very low for both days.
The UV index will be strong, especially on Sunday, so sunscreen is advised.
