Located on Castle Keep the plot is listed with a guide price of £195,000 and sits on the former site of the Castle Cinema, which was demolished in 2007.

The cinema closed in 1976 and was later used as a bingo hall and snooker club before being torn down.

The site is located just off Egremont Main Street, directly opposite the castle.
