Drug activity and youth-related antisocial behaviour are the biggest concerns for Whitehaven residents.
Cumbria Police have announced that these issues were identified through the July Police and Communities Together survey.
Officers have assured the public that these problems will be the focus of their efforts in the coming weeks and months.
They have also encouraged residents to keep checking their Facebook page for updates on progress.
They will be posted under "You Said, We Did."
