POLICE in the Whitehaven area may be reissuing a survey due to a technical fault.
The survey asked residents of Whitehaven Town Centre and Millom whether they had any ongoing issues they would like the police to deal with.
Due to a technical issue, the responses have not been sent to officers in the area.
Cumbria Police have said that they may reissue the survey because of this.
In a post on social media, Cumbria Police wrote: "We recently opened up the PACT survey for the above areas, which closed on August 4.
"We would like to thank everyone who submitted a response over the past few weeks.
"Unfortunately, we have discovered a technical issue, and the responses have not been sent to the local beat officers and PCSOs for review.
"We are working to fix the issue; however, please be aware that we may need to reissue the survey, and responses may need to be submitted again.
"As a result, the outcome of the surveys will likely be delayed. We apologise for the inconvenience."
