A SONGS of Praise event will be held in Whitehaven this summer.
The event will take place in St Nicholas' Gardens on Sunday, July 21, at 3pm.
It is family-friendly and those who attend will be offered tea, coffee, and cake. Anyone is welcome to attend, but all who come along are asked to bring a chair.
In a post on social media, St Peters Church, Kells, wrote: "You are very warmly invited to join us for an informal Songs of Praise in St. Nicholas' Gardens followed by tea, cake and chat.
"This event is hosted by The Whitehaven Mission Community which is made up of the United Reformed Church, The Methodist Church, The Salvation Army, and St. James, St. Nicholas', and St. Peter's churches.
"Please bring your own chair if you will need to sit down. Hope to see you there."
