CUMBRIA Police have been acting against the illegal use of motorbikes.
Officers have been patrolling parts of Whitehaven in efforts to tackle the issue.
A spokesperson said: "PC 2857 has been on foot patrol around Mirehouse looking for people who are riding bikes illegally on the local paths due to reports. No one was found on this occasion, and everyone is behaving.
"Please keep reporting the use of illegal motorbikes seen riding on local paths as this is dangerous to the riders and members of the public."
