THE Whitehaven Male Voice Choir has announced that they will be hosting a concert this week.
Whitehaven MVC will be hosting their show on Sunday, December 17 in The Solway Hall at 7.30pm.
A spokesperson said: "We'll be hosting our annual Christmas concert this week with guest soloist Emma Kelly."
Tickets for the show are £10 each by calling 01946 62766 or people are welcome to pay on the door.
The choir was founded in 1977 and has established an 'enviable' reputation among 'the musical world of male voices in Britain.'
Over the years the choir has appeared on local radio and television and has taken part in a number of music festivals, winning awards.
They have been joined in concert by world-renowned soloists and choirs from Britain and America and they say they are proud to have helped raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity.
