The Whitehaven branch of Wilko's is set to close next week.
The store, which has been a popular feature of the town's high street for many years, is set to close on Tuesday, September 26.
Elsewhere in Cumbria the Barrow-in-Furness store and Workington store have already closed and the store in Cockermouth is also set to close later this week.
This will see a number of jobs lost in the town and thousands lost across the country as all branches are gradually beginning to close.
This follows news last month that Wilko's had gone into administration and was unable to find a buyer.
