Whitehaven Rugby League has announced the loan signing of Brad Holroyd from fellow Championship side Widnes Vikings for the remainder of the 2023 season.
A spokesperson said: "The winger has saw game time limited for the Vikings in 2023 making just the one appearance vs Wests Warriors in the Challenge Cup scoring two tries.
"The winger has also two loan spells in League 1 this season making a single appearance for Rochdale and Workington scoring a try on each occasion.
"Holroyd had a break out season in 2021 scoring 18 tries in 17 appearances in Workington‘s League 1 promotion campaign which earned him a move to the Vikings.
"He holds an impressive try return scoring 29 tries in 39 appearances having made his first professional appearance in 2019 for Leigh Centurions.
"The club would like to thank both Chris Hamilton and Dave Peet for their work in the move to bring Brad to the LEL Arena for the remainder of the season."
