Egremont ABC traveled to Bolton on March 31 with Leon Ryan to box Joey Warring of the host club Metro ABC.

These two first met in December of last year, with Joey winning a split decision.

In the first round, both boxers started fast looking to catch the judge's eye the home boxer forced Leon back to the ropes.

Leon replied with fast punches back and tried to force the fight this it a close round to score.

The second saw Leon settle down, boxing better off the back foot and countering with straight shots knocking Joey's head back to take the round.

In the third, the home fighter came out fast but the Egremont boxer was in his rhyme boxing superbly off the back foot catching the home favorite as he came in and moved well.

This frustrated the home boxer Leon winning on all three of the judge's cards to take a unanimous decision.
