Caldew School are ‘delighted’ after their students received their A-Level results on Thursday morning.
Students were in school from 8am to pick up their grades after they sat public examinations for the first time due to the pandemic.
High achievers include Lily Welton 4 A*s, Jane Mieras 2 A*s and 2 As, Eliott Blake A* and 2 As and Sean Wilson A* 2 As and a B.
‘’I would like to congratulate all of our students on achieving excellent results this year’’ said headteacher Vicki Jackson.
‘’I am very proud to see our year 13 students progress to the next stage in their lives and I would like to take this opportunity to wish them every success.
