St John Henry Newman Catholic School students have received their A-Level results today alongside 1000s across the county.
This year saw the first in person exams since 2019 with the pandemic interrupting student’s learning for 2 years.
Students from the school have places to study at some top universities, including Newcastle, Sheffield and Liverpool with others going on to do apprenticeships.
“We are extremely proud of the results our students achieved at A level this year, following the disruption of Covid these are the first exams to be taken by this year group’’ said headteacher, John McAuley.
‘’They have worked incredibly hard, and their excellent results are very well deserved. We wish all of them all the very best for the future.”
