Man charged with possessing heroin with intent to supply it
A MAN has been charged with possessing class A drugs.
Simon O'Brien is due to appear in court after he was charged with possessing heroin with intent to supply it to others.
The 52-year-old, from Ulverston, is said to have had the drug in his possession in Witherslack on April 22 2020.
He has also been charged with possessing crack cocaine on the same day.
The defendant, of Oakwood Drive, is due to appear before South Cumbria Magistrates' Court over the charges.
A hearing is due to take place on Friday.
