The Cumberland has been nominated for three categories at the prestigious UK Customer Experience Awards 2022.
The nominations are for Business Change and Transformation, Best Customer Experience in the Crisis, and Most Improved Complaints Handling.
The COVID lockdowns changed the way the business operated, and the Cumberland have been nominated for the way they rose to the challenge.
“I’m so proud of my team to be recognised in this fashion’’ said Chief customer officer, Claire Deekes.
“Our customers are always our first priority and being finalists for these awards demonstrates our commitment and investment in improving our services for them.”
The finals take place at Wembley Stadium on October 12th with Marks & Spencer Bank, and Northumbrian Water amongst the competitors.
