This week a cafe in the Lake District was visited by Trudy Harrison MP to promote cycling. 

The Copeland MP visited Cafe HNW in Keswick where Trudy and the staff at the cafe looked to promote cycling in the area. 

Trudy Harrison is the Minister for Cycling and one of her remits is the improve the roads and cycleways across the UK, making them safer for cyclists. Something that Cafe HNW fully supported. 

She visited the cafe, near Fitz Park in Keswick, on Friday August 12 to discuss cycling with the team.

Deborah Devereux of Cafe HNW said: "I was delighted to meet the Minister for cycling, Trudy Harrison at cafe HNW on Friday.

"Trudy inspected the free to use bike fixing station, and the cycling friendly facilities at the cafe. Here’s to a more cycling friendly environment for the future."
