CUMBRIA Police have 'taken three people into custody' following an unspecified incident on the junction between Shaddongate and John Street in Carlisle.
The police said that they'd had a couple of calls to the area and as a result three people are in custody.

A spokesperson said: "There are no other outstanding suspects and the public can be assured that the incident is being dealt with."
