Whitehaven Rugby League have announced that their first order of shirts for the upcoming Summer Bash have now been released for pre order customers. 

Rugby fans will now be able to collect their shirts if they have already placed an order for them and are being asked to check their emails. 

Those who have not placed an order will not be able to collect the shirts just yet as they are not available on general release.

A Whitehaven RL spokesperson said on social media: "The first order of Summer Bash tops have now arrived and are being sorted! Collection emails will be with your shortly if not already.

"If you have not received an email or have not pre-ordered please don’t come to the office as there is currently none on general sale.

"The white training shirt and vests are also currently not available for general sale but once available we will post on our online store and across social media."

The Betfred Championship Summer Bash will be back for the first time in three years at Headingley, the home of Leeds Rhinos. 

The event will take place on Saturday July 30 and Sunday July 31. Whitehaven will be playing on Sunday at 4pm against Workington Town.
