Police have sealed off the road
CUMBRIA Police have sealed off Devonshire Walk near Carlisle Castle following reports that a man is on top of the walls.
Emergency services have responded to an ongoing incident and more than seven police vehicles are surrounding an area off Carlisle Castle.
Following a call around 5.30pm tonight (Thursday June 23) Police have had to close off Devonshire Walk by the castle as they respond to the incident.
