Here at the News & Star we've compiled together a list of the top five affordable properties for sale in north Cumbria. 

These properties are all on the market for under £150,000 and could be a top choice for you and your family. 

The first property is a semi detached one bedroom property in Denton Holme, Carlisle. This house is on the market for a very reasonable £75,000.

In Whitehaven there is a three bedroomed semi detached house on sale for a reasonable £104, 950. It is located on Esk Avenue, a popular residential area, the house has a garden both to the front and the rear. 

Right Move state that the property is located near a number of schools and has great potential. 

Finally, a wonderful terraced property is for sale in Workington for an affordable £79,950. Located on Clay Terrace, the house boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
