Big changes are happening at Ben Hodgson Cars, to move forward with the times. We can see a very exciting 2022 just around the corner and owner, Ben, said this is their biggest move yet - not just financially but the way we operate day to day.
Introducing viewing by appointment or video to keep up with a fast-changing world, we are adapting to modern ways but yet not losing sight of what's important to our customers, and where we started 20 years ago in Dalston. Year on year the business that Ben started from nothing, turning over approximately £60,000 per year, has grown exponentially and now turns over approximately £12 million. It's safe to say the business has grown with phenomenal success and is now supplying vehicles all across the country and sometimes further afield.
We now also sell more expensive, sought after vehicles than we did when initially starting all them years ago, and people travel from afar to buy the right vehicle whatever it may be. From a BMW M3 Performance car to a Range Rover Sport, as well as motorhomes and beautifully presented commercial vehicles. It certainly covers a wide range and audience of buyers.
Ben added we have a massive bank of repeat customers that we really appreciate and acknowledge that money can't buy their loyalty. Our next move has been a huge investment, but selling approximately 60-70 cars every month we feel that a purpose-built showroom for our customers was the way to go.
