A WORKINGTON man is due to face court next year to avoid having his driving licence removed after admitting to driving without insurance, a court heard.
Bryan Christopher Patrick Ritchie, of Marsh Drive, admitted to driving on the A597 in Workington without insurance on February 10, North and West Cumbria Magistrates' Court was told.
The 28-year-old had the case adjourned ahead of a special hearing on February 6, 2022 at Workington Magistrates' where the defence will give special reasons for not ordering an endorsement or disqualification of his licence.
